How long will it take to receive my parcel?

Delivery times depend on several factors:

• your address (see the post ‘CREATE MY ADDRESS’),
• the carrier you choose – some are faster than others,
• the time of year: our leisure activities are seasonal, and the end-of-year festive period is also very busy for the carriers, some of which are overwhelmed, while others close for the holidays (pallet transporters, for example).

Note 1) No carrier commits to a firm delivery time; these are always indicative only. As such, we cannot commit to delivery times either.

Note 2) The estimated delivery time does not take into account possible delays in customs processing, and the time it may take you to pay your import taxes and VAT.

However, you will find in the tables below the indicative delivery times of the carriers with whom we have partnerships.
