How do I place my order?

We recommend that you log in to your account (see HERE) or create your customer account (see HERE), and save at least one delivery address (see HERE).

Add products to your basket

Then go to your basket (click on the basket icon at the top right of your screen).

Please note that as long as you have not entered your billing and delivery address, the delivery costs shown can’t be calculated and shown “Free” like if you come to collect at our shop.

Choose or register a delivery and billing address (they may be different).

Select your carrier, eventually the locker or relay if applicable.

Add a comment on your order in the dedicated area.

Choose your payment method, and thick the “Terms of Service agreement” box.

Review the summary of your order and confirm it by clicking on the ‘ORDER WITH AN OBLIGATION TO PAY’ button.

Finally, insert your Bank card information, and do not forget to approve with 3DS confirmation system of your bank (SMS, application, etc)

Once payment done, you will see the confirmation online and receive an email confirmation.
