My product was “In stock” when I ordered, but I received “Awaiting replenishment” message
There may be several reasons for this:
- You may have ordered more products than we had in stock. You didn’t pay attention to the change in availability. In the screenshots below, a product with 5 pieces in stock is shown as “In stock”, then changes to “Available within 5 to days” as soon as you add the 6th product to your basket.


– We may have a stock error and have updated your order with the information that we need to restock the product. We apologize for this, as it is a human error.
