GDPR & Personal data

Regulation 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is a European Union regulation that is the reference text for the protection of personal data. It strengthens and standardises data protection for individuals within the European Union.

You can access all of your personal data in the “My Personal Data” tab of your account.For any other request, please contact us via the contact form by selecting the subject RGPD.Where can I track my orders?

Once you have logged in (see HERE), click either :

• On the cogwheel in the top right-hand corner, then on the ‘My ACCOUNT’ button

Then click on “GDPR” tab.

• On ‘MY ACCOUNT’ at the bottom of the page, then on the ‘GDPR’ tab.

You can then “GET” all your informaiton on our website, or request to delete your account.

Note that for legal and accountig reasons, we might not being able to delete all your information. The data cannot be deleted, as it must be kept as proof of accounting and taxes.
