What about taxes if I live outside Europe?

If you live out of Europe, there is two choices:

  • If delivery is within Europe, as private individuals we are required to charge taxes.
    You can request a ‘PABLO’ procedure to obtain a tax refund.
  • If delivery is outside Europe, then the sale is made directly tax-free, and you will be required to pay import duties and taxes in your country.
    Note, taxe free will be indicating on the website with the same price with and without VAT (understanding 0% of taxes).

Under no circumstances can PROTEUSHOP accept to help in any way to avoid or reduce import taxes and fees in your country.
