I cannot validate my order
We’ve made the phone field mandatory to increase the success of deliveries
It allows your carrier to send you tracking sms, the driver can contact you about your delivery sometimes to find your address.
Therefore, if you are unable to click on the ‘CONTINUE’ field on the order page, simply come back to the previous step and check that you have entered a telephone number for the address(es) you have chosen.
Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to highlight the need to update addresses that have already been entered, so you will need to update your telephone number by editing it in your account or from the ‘Step 2 ADDRESSES’ order page.
