I wish to return my order

Within 14 calendar days of delivery, you can return your order or a product and receive a refund.

The shop does not cover the cost of returns, so you must send the product or order yourself.
Eventually, you can ask us to organise the return, the costs will be deducted from the future refund.

To make the return, please follow the process described in the post ‘RETURN OF GOODS PROCESS’ (see HERE).

After 14 days of delivery, it will not be possible to make a return.
