Intellectual property

The general structure of the site, as well as the texts, graphics, images, sounds and videos composing it, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company PROTEUSHOP or its partners.

Any representation and / or reproduction and / or partial or total exploitation of the content and services offered by the site, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written permission of PROTEUSHOP and / or its partners is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Penalties : The user acknowledges and is aware that failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an act of counterfeiting that is punishable both civilly and criminally, incurring the penalties provided for in articles L. 713-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
