Product guarantee

The products purchased on our site are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Defects or damage due to incorrect connection, incorrect use or handling of the equipment, modification of the equipment, use in conditions that do not comply with the recommendations of the manufacturer, distributor or PROTEUSHOP, or wear and tear caused by abnormal use are not covered by this guarantee.

To exercise the warranty, the parts must be returned to PROTEUSHOP in their original condition. If the customer has dismantled and/or damaged the parts in order to repair by himself, the warranty will not apply.

Thanks to the European Union, for any purchase in store or on the Internet from a professional seller, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years, which allows you to ask the shop to repair or exchange the good, or if this proves impossible, the reimbursement of the sums paid.

Since January 1st 2022, this guarantee has been extended to connected goods as well as to digital content and services.

The responsibility of PROTEUSHOP cannot be engaged because of a fortuitous event, force majeure, the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or because of the non-conformity of the product to a foreign legislation in case of delivery in a country other than France.

Under no circumstances can an injured diver or technician turn against PROTEUSHOP and/or its legal representatives.
