Recommendations when receiving your order
In order to avoid any disputes, it is very important that you take the following information into consideration:
Signing the delivery note is binding on you and therefore no claim can be made in the event of breakage or missing products.
Before signing the delivery note, please note that you have 15 minutes with the delivery person to check the integrity of your order.
Under no circumstances can the carrier evade this, so don’t be intimidated, be firm and vigilant:
- Check the general condition of the outside of the parcel.
- Open the parcel to check the contents.
- Inspect your product thoroughly.
Depending on your delivery:
- If you receive it at the post office or from the carrier, the same rules apply.
- If you receive your parcel at a delivery point, you will not be able to inspect it. If in doubt, refuse delivery, giving precise reasons.
Reminder: The words ‘subject to unpacking’ have no legal value.
Once the delivery note has been signed, no further recourse is possible.
These instructions should be treated with the utmost importance, as you become the owner of your goods as soon as you sign the consignment note.
Within 14 days of receipt, there can be no further complaints with the content of your delivery.
We remain at your disposal for any further information you may require.
