Refund process

Once the refund has been validated by our team, the refund will be made to the credit card used for the purchase. However, if this is not possible, we will ask you for your bank details in order to make the refund by bank transfer.

The overall deadline must be 14 days. If, however, in the case of a bank transfer, you do not provide the necessary information quickly, the deadline may be longer.
