I made a mistake on a product
Within 14 calendar days of delivery, you can return your product and receive a refund or replace it with another product.
The shop does not cover the cost of returns and re-shipment, so you must send the product yourself.
If you wish, you can ask us to organise the return.
You will be charged for the return and re-shipment costs.
To make the return, please follow the procedure described in the post ‘Return of goods’.
After 14 days of delivery, it will no longer be possible to make a return.
