My product is broken, can you organize repair with the manufacturer

Sure, we will be glad to organize the repair of your product with the manufacturer.

Please follow below process to send your equipement

STEP 1: Information

Please fill in completely and correctly on your computer (only) the form below, print and insert in the package :

  • Form for all products FR / EN

STEP 2 : Preparation of your product/s

  • Clean your product
  • Remove any unnecessary accessories (any additional work would be charged).

STEP 3 : Packaging

  • Package correctly your products, the shop is not responsible for damage caused during transport, therefore we recommend the following
  • Insert packing material (cardboard, polystyrene chips, bubble wrap, etc.) into the parcel to prevent the contents from being damaged by knocks.
  • Use a box that is thick enough to protect your products from external shocks and falls.
  • Use good quality tape and make sure to secure the edges of your parcel to prevent it from opening or tearing.

STEP 4 : Shipping

  • We accept only direct delivery, no locker nor shop relay solution is accepted,
  • Under no circumstances will we cover any transport, tax or import costs,
  • Package must be shipped only directly to our address : PROTEUSHOP, 180 route de la tuilerie, 46100 CAMBES, FRANCE,
  • We recommend you for better price and service to use a broker service as they propose usually better price and numerous solution for shipping, more, you can add insurance on your shipment for more or less 1% of the value of the goods declared :

STEP 4 : RECEPTION

  • As soon as we receive your parcel, we will notify you of its arrival and condition.
  • We will inform you of the approximate cost and time required for maintenance and/or repair as soon as possible.

STEP 5 : RETURNS

  • Once the repair has been completed, we will contact you to arrange payment for the work and discuss how to return your item to you.
  • Please note that the shop is not responsible for the return of items sent in for repair/maintenance; therefore, we strongly advise you to accept / take out insurance for the shipment.
