Sending goods to us for maintenance
PROTEUSHOP is an authorised service centre for the following brands :

Please do not hesitate to ask us to service your boosters, regulators, rebreathers, full-face masks and valves.
We do not sale service kits as this is not allowed by the manufacturers with which we are working.
By selecting and paying online this/those product means you have to send us your regulator/s, face mask, booster for service and / or repair.
Note :
- The service offered is for standard service only, any additional labor, repair or parts will be charged, a quote will be sent to you for approval prior starting any labor.
- Some older products are no longer supported by their manufacturers, so if you have an older product, please send us a message in advance with the following details: the manufacturer’s name, the model and the serial number of your product. We will then carry out a preliminary check to confirm whether maintenance or repair is possible.
STEP 1: Information
Please fill in completely and correctly on your computer (only) the appropriate form below, print and insert in the package :
STEP 2 : Preparation of your product/s
- Remove any unnecessary accessories (any additional work would be charged).
- We charge extra for
- high-pressure and low-pressure hoses, gauge/s, elbows left on PPE (regulators, masks) as all service centres must ensure that the entire set is in good working order.
- Regulators & masks must have all plugs (no open port/s), if not, we will add them to send back ready to use.
STEP 3 : Packaging
- Package correctly your products, the shop is not responsible for damage caused during transport, therefore we recommend the following
- Insert packing material (cardboard, polystyrene chips, bubble wrap, etc.) into the parcel to prevent the contents from being damaged by knocks.
- Use a box that is thick enough to protect your products from external shocks and falls.
- Use good quality tape and make sure to secure the edges of your parcel to prevent it from opening or tearing.
STEP 4 : Shipping
- We accept only direct delivery, no locker nor shop relay solution is accepted,
- Under no circumstances will we cover any transport, tax or import costs,

- We recommend you for better price and service to use a broker service as they propose usually better price and numerous solution for shipping, more, you can add insurance on your shipment for more or less 1% of the value of the goods declared :

STEP 4 : RECEPTION
- As soon as we receive your parcel, we will notify you of its arrival and condition.
- We will inform you of the approximate cost and time required for maintenance and/or repair as soon as possible.
STEP 5 : RETURNS
- Once the service or repair has been completed, we will contact you to arrange payment for the work and discuss how to return your item to you.
- Please note that the shop is not responsible for the return of items sent in for repair/maintenance; therefore, we strongly advise you to accept / take out insurance for the shipment.
