Request association account activation

Once your association account is created and your e-mail confirmed, you request activation directly from your account:

  1. Log in and go to My account → “Become an association / club”.
  2. Complete the form: association name, RNA number (W…) and/or SIREN, and your head-office address (this becomes your billing address). Your registration is checked automatically against the official public register.
  3. Upload your documents and enter their validity dates: professional liability insurance (RC Pro), your statutes, and the prefecture registration receipt. Where relevant, add the board minutes authorising the person who places orders.
  4. Submit. Your account is set to “Pending validation”.

We verify that your association is still active and that the applicant is authorised to order, then activate your account — usually within a few working days.

Keep your account active: your insurance must remain valid. We remind you before expiry; without an up-to-date certificate your account is suspended until you upload a renewed one from your account.
